At Jubilee Thrift, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, so we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in the same condition as when it left our boutique.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or email our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the Jubilee Thrift hangtags are intact and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects the item for quality assurance, we will issue your digital gift card or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
